We did only on 1 email from where we get portal 1 by last week may be that’s why we didn’t get anything yet

Thanks, I used KAI 2 days ago, and called IRCC yesterday, got P2 this morning. You will get it soon!

I just received P2 after sending an email to all the addresses mentioned by Simranrinky. I sent the email at 12:11 PM and received a reply at 1:41 PM.

My tracker hasn't updated since March 11, I don't know why. I heard tracker stopped updated since April 4th.

Same here, so I guessed it from the date my medicals passed i.e. March 27. Any idea when your medical passed?
I tried calling and the KAI method already last week. So not sure about that approach.
