Thanks to this group members and admins specially the creators of spreadsheet. The waiting time that was showing for 3-4 weeks for Montreal kept us calm and composed. Otherwise the P1 and P2 timelines from Etobicoke office could have cased panic in us.

But, I am still waiting responded on March 20.

You should raise a webform first. And if you don't receive it after a week of webform then try Kai.

That was my plan of action.
I raised the webform on Friday 19th April. And my next course of action was using Kai method on 29 April.

Don't worry, they know this. You will simply log in using your original credentials after you receive your P2 email. They will not create a new account for you since you already made one back then. Thank you , thats a relief! I got confused from the pdf sent by ircc , because in there they sad they will create an account. And in my email I responded that I allow ircc to create an account. While I was reading more and more I saw that they create a new account for those who havent apply from the pr portal.

According to the unofficial timeline tracker, it determines how soon you’d get your P2 or eCOPR. Looks like they issue them according to those with COPR date expiring first.
