3 month and 2 weeks since LPP completed and no update since then!! So frustrating!!

I applied for GCMS notes on my file today. Hopefully that'll provide some clues. Or at least it'll give me some sense of mental relief that I did everything I could do to peek behind the curtains and see where the file is.

My LPP completed since December 2023 and waiting for Oath invit since then. My friends who applied 2 months later just returned from USA as they even got their passports. I think our file is stuck with someone who is still affected with Covid caused delays LOL

Seems like most people who are stuck like us are from Mississauga office and had their LPP completed between October and December.

This morning I gave it a try and called IRCC, and the agent told me to “patiently wait” LOL

I have been waiting for oath invite from mississauga office as well for 6 weeks. Someone else has been been waiting for 7 weeks and another for 11 weeks. mississauga has been very slow in sending oath invites to older applicants and focusing on applicants from Sept/Oct 2023. so fucked up

Any updates on your oath ceremony?

I don't get it! if your LPP and background check is completed, what is with the wait?what is left??

I have been like this since August 2023, my MP told me just wait.

I passed my citizenship test 2023 October and after that there is no progress on my application. Applied in July 2023. Called ircc but no benefit

Please advise SHOULD I reach out to my MP? If YES, what is the BEST way to reach your MP? thanks

the only updates u have received since December last year is my BG switched from completed to in progress.lol

Requested GCMS note, it highlights Final: "Granted" under Assessment which I believe means the decision is citizenship granted. It is frustrating to wait this long yet I know a friend of mine who applied two months after me, got his Oath ceremony.

Can I ask when did you apply for notes and when did you receive them? I ordered mine on March 26th (I understand it may take approximately 30 days)
