Time commitments
I anticipate that your duties as a skilled staff of Resmor Corporation will involve a commitment of at least 48 working hours per week (6 days per week) at 8 hours per day each year. Nevertheless, that would typically comprise attendance at:

• Scheduled general Resmor Corporation meetings. From 2020 new employees' orientation sessions, these meetings will occur in Canada. One of those meetings will usually be conducted by teleconference. The rest would typically cover at least two days but could extend up to three days for visits to sites. Travels will be in addition to this;
• 2023 annual new employee's corporate training and induction program. • Out-of-work site visits,
• 30 days annual leave.

Remuneration and Fringe Benefits

Skilled worker salaries are payable monthly and will be deposited into your bank account, details of which you will provide to us. Employees must familiarize themselves with the Canadian tax system. Induction
You have agreed to participate in an induction program and corporate training that includes:

Term of appointment and vacation of office
This appointment is subject to confirmation and receipt of your consent in the form of an acceptance letter to act in the
capacity of Resmor Corporation employee following which you will hold office from the date listed above as endorsed by
the Board of Directors on recent annual general meetings of Resmor Corporation and after your corporate training and
induction program here in Canada.
If your contract is terminated by the company prematurely before the stated 2-year duration, employees are obliged
to four years of full salary compensation by Resmor Corporation. At any time during your contract duration, including
when you become subject to nomination under the Resmor Corporation Board Policy on Permanent Residence
Transition stream of Citizenship, by constitutions or the law, your performance as staff will be reviewed by the processes
agreed by the Board from time to time.
A recommendation as to your re-appointment after two years may be made by HR, in notices of meetings or other
material provided to Board members. You agree to participate in such reviews. You may cease to hold office as a staff:
• at any time that you resign by written notice. You should give the Management a reasonable forewarning of
your intention to resign or not seek re-appointment where possible so that Resmor Corporation can plan for the
succession of skills and experience on time at the Canadian Skilled Labour Market.
• unavoidable dismissal on the grounds of gross misconduct, dishonesty, and all other acts likely to bring the
multinational group into disrepute or to cause loss of goodwill or negative image or any other ground which in
the opinion of the group warrants summary dismissal.
• By the law or the constitutions of Resmor Corporation contract termination after four years. Currently, Canadian
