When you submitted your application there was a specific field for immediate family members (parents, siblings) so yes everyone fills that. You probably left this empty and that is why now they are asking to fill the form. It will impact the processing time by the time you take to send it.

Hi,

My AOR is of 22nd Dec. I got my old UCI and Biometrics updated last Friday (15/03). And since, yesterday afternoon I have been able to access my IRCC tracker. However, I have not received my BIL, and my Medical is not updated yet. One dependent on the file, she was added later in Feb.

Is there anyone who has not received BIL, with AOR on 22nd Dec or before? I got my old Biometrics and UCI updated last Friday (15/3), but haven't heard back anything till now.

AOR DEC 31st got the biometrics request today

I called IRCC today, and they said my application is in the criminality check stage, so I should receive BIL soon. They said that maybe as I added my spouse to the application at a later stage, there is a delay.
