What documents did you attached when you submitted application? Did you applied for closed work permit? Did your employer submit job offer in employer portal and paid $230 fees ?

1. 2 letters received from SINP, certificate and support letter.
2. Offer letter
3. Client information
4. Family information
5. Proof that I meet the job requirement.

My employer rep said he paid the compliance fee and received employment number A0912*** and also filled form on employer portal.

I am not sure if then NOC code or LMIA exemption number are correct as it usually start from A7*****

I was not given the compliance evidence of payment.

After refusal, it showed I pass medical and background check.

Today its exactly one year since my submiting for PR, and 2 years since I was invited for provincial nominee at March 1st 2022. Two year trying to get PR its starting to be annoyed with this long process.

I received a mail to submit additional documents for my PR application and I submitted using IRCC webform.

i have a question regarding this process, though i applied non express entry, the webform portal didn’t had this option to select so i ended up selecting Express Entry for the type of application.
I did get an email after submitting the documents that says they are expecting high volume requests so response may be delayed. And i don’t see the documents updated in my profile yet though it has been more than a week.

Since i have only a week left before the deadline they gave me to submit the documents, i want to make sure i submitted without making any mistakes.
Please suggest.

They haven’t updated webform yet so it’s still showing old stuff . Also you can upload through your GCKey account. There should be option document in column they provided and you should upload and transmit the document.

You can upload again same documents in GCkey . It’s more fast and accurate.

That’s fine . Just send it through Webform. It’s also safe and secure method. It will take few days to get replied and your document will be attached to your application. If you already submitted, just wait for now .

Did you include POF when you applied? Is it the required POF stated on IRCC website?

Now, after almost six months, the only thing I can see as a slight change is that there is no comment in the Security section:

Thanks Miss bee. Yes, I'm planning to pay the new fees and request refund the initial fees.

When I login to my account on https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login, I see my old application with 'Status' as 'Returned'. Can I edit the same application with the additional document they requested with updated dates and form instead of 'Create New Application'? This will save me lots of time by not filling the travel dates and other supplementary information.

Yes don’t fill new application. Modify old one and submit it .
