1 year diploma, 1 year PGWP

I landed Sept 2022 in ON, took 1 yr program, completed school in June 2023; got my PGWP in Aug 2023 which will expire in Aug 2024. As of today, I have a total 9 months fulltime contract Canadian work experience, 30/hrs a week. and 8yrs experience as an HR Admin from 2014-2022 outside Canada.
Can someone guide me what my options are? CRS score is around 375-420 points

Get a year of Canadian experience…assume current job is skilled. Learn French.

I will have a total of 1 year Canadian experience with NOC TEER 2 in July 2024. and my PGWP will expire in Aug 17th 2024. I know it's risky to wait for that but is it possible to apply for PR on that short period of time? Thanks so much for your quick response! <3

What will be your score with one year of experience? NOC? If not over 500 or in a trades, healthcare, IT draw then you will not get ITA.

You need a score around 500 so you need to look at OINP. Check OINP scores and draws. Do you know French?
