Somehow CEC application processing is slower than PNP applications.

I feel CEC is the slowest, I have seen FSW outland with December AOR already getting PPR.

Yes, agree. May be the reason is maximum applications are fall under CEC category.

I think that's correct, CEC used to have the maximum number of applicants. Unless, things have changed lately, with more PNPs.

yes, I saw people in PNP category received BIL in 1 week.

Depends @AA023 , check your BIL letter, if it's already completed, they must have updated it and UCI must be updated as well.
