You are Federal Skilled Worker Inland. As of now it seems that both inland and outland FSWs are slow, (last FSW that got the Medical pass and/or Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) had an AOR on the 22nd November).

So now, from what I see from the September, October and November threads, it seems that IRCC stopped giving MEP/BIL to FSWs for the past 2 days and moved on to giving final decisions to the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications and the MEP/BIL to the December PNPs. I might be mistaken though as I am only basing my analysis on 2 days data and my own opinion.

IRCC also had maintenance at the beginning of this week. Maybe pause in BIL sending was associated with it somehow..

Finger Prints taken + medical exam conducted: 22nd Jan
Biometrics complete: 23rd Jan
Medical Completed: 26th Jan

My stream is PNP-Outland, OINP HCP.
I'm shocked how fast this is myself..............

Hey I am also an inland OINP HCP applicant. Just wondering, what did you show in proof of funds? I attached a letter saying I am eligible under CEC and thus exempt from showing proof of funds, but still attached last 3 months paystubs and T4. Do you think I'm out of any trouble?

31st of Jan, at the same day of PPR......
Actually I received PPR first.......
Than I checked tracker and found completed BV...

I have an AOR of January 28, 2024. But when I am trying to create an account for the IRCC PR Tracker it is showing error and not creating an account.
Any idea that after what time we will be able to get the tracker account with IRCC. As my agent filed the application through his portal and says he cannot give access to it.
