I registered using this link https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en . Wait for some days after UCI generation.

which group is this? There are so many people with November first week AORs and they're still waiting for BIL

According to the tracker, I see the first CEC with Biometrics is 29 Oct

When I called them, they said the same thing to me. They said my eligibility as a candidate has passed. But I am not sure if it's same as normal eligibility. I still haven't received BIL and my UCI is still the temporary one.
