I have been waiting for my Portal 2 details from VO - Montreal. Me and spouse are both already in Canada.

I wrote to them again last week, after responding to their email on September 14th (portal 1).

Not sure how much longer i will have to wait for portal 2. Any similar situations as mine?

Portal 2 can take 4-6 weeks unless Lucky
Sep 14 is fairly recent. I would say give it a week

My file was transferred to Montreal in July 2023 and I haven't heard anything since. Not sure if I should inquire or just be patient.
