Great. Congratulations. Unfortunately, there is no update for me so far. I applied on the 7th of August and have raised 2 webforms since then. Starting to lose hope.
It's been less than 4 months. Usually lead times are 5 months. You should get something within the next couple of weeks.

I have applied from India where the processing time is 10 weeks (it was 8 weeks a few days ago). Where did you apply from?

Hi everyone, was anyone's work permit originally expiring after Dec 31 (e.g. January 2024) and still got an extension? Also, what are the current processing times, is it ~75 days or more? Thanks

Hey am also facing a similar situation. My 3-year PGWP expires in April 2024.Do you think that that I can extend my work permit by crossing the St. Stephen border?

Are you asking about extending the actual PGWP? If so, the answer is no, you cannot do that.

You need to secure a job offer + approved LMIA so that you can switch to a closed work permit. Alternatively, you need to be selected under a PR program (i.e. receive a nomination or get ITA).
