They're asking for information to confirm my presence in Canada, not the link to access the portal.
Now I'm waiting for the link.

I still can't see the COPR number. And it's been 2 days that I can't connect to my tracker, it shows "technical problem".

I already paid when I submitted the documents. So I just got Biometrics instruction letter(BIL) and went to Service Canada.
