1st Ghost Update Email: 14th September - saw that my/and my dependent's Old Biometrics Number got updated under the "Applicant information" box
No new Messages though yet - i think even though the older Biometrics Number shows up as Valid - new PR Applications starting June'23 will still need to do another round of Biometrics.

Update: Was able to create an Account on https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login
Looks like the UCI number changed from CAN to all digits matching my WP UCI number

You did your medical exam after receiving your AOR for your CEC PR application? I guess you are cleared with R10 and maybe the agent just bypassed all the information they have in the system to your current PR application. Good luck!

No, i actually moved from the US to Canada, and the Medical was done in the US as part of the WP Application.
So i used/uploaded the same Medicals used during the WP Application.

I recently found this tracking tool: https://myimmitracker.com, pretty helpful and you can see they mention WhatsApp group in that tracker. There are other tracking websites/tools if I am not mistaken.

I called IRCC agent today as there was no update on my profile. The agent told me she saw a note: "passed (as) candidate" and also told me that she sent a note to the office to update my UCI. I am guessing that my R10 is unofficially passed and the UCI would be updated at a later date, like when MEP is passed as seen from other people.

How did you reach an agent? I have been having a difficult time contacting them.

How did you reach an agent? I have been having a difficult time contacting them.

I always do it around 4.30~4.45 pm EST, then chose the option for them to call back, then wait for 20 minutes. I could be lucky I guess. Otherwise it has to be the first thing in the morning but we have to be really fast and accurate with all the keypad input.
