Are you in Canada? If studying from home country and online, you don’t need a study permit. You can apply for a study permit but why you started studying without a permit if you were planning to come to Canada is strange. Assume it is a public DLI.HI

So you have been studying for a year outside Canada with no permit. Google - study permit Canada. Follow the instructions - show your year of tuition is paid and a minimum of $10k Canadian. Provide SOP outlining why you are coming to Canada in your second year, and how the program will give you better job opportunities to justify costs. You will need a medical too. What is the school?it is a 4 year course and i have completed 1 year and please guide me for the visa process and if i apply for now for september intake which is going in online will i get visa or rejection.
You apply through IRCC. It is your decision but don’t understand why you start a program without a study permit from outside Canada. And why would you apply when a program starts…makes no sense. Better to defer and apply for a January program if you intend to come to Canada.my query is if i apply will the embassy take my process further recently i have given my medicals or is it too late to apply now?

Just remember that any studies completed without a study permit are not eligible for a PGWP following graduation.
