M also waiting for portal 2 since 31 july sent two emails with my information and raised one web form nothing yet

How long is it taking to get your PR Card after receiving eCoPR? Mine is Montreal VO, thanks

And how would you know once the PR Card is generated or shipped? Is there a notification or any place we can check?

You can link your PR card application to your IRCC account, just need to use the same information that was received in the eCoPR exactly as they wrote your personal info. You can see when it is approved and mailed.

Its been 3 weeks I uploaded my address info and Photo for PR Card, did not receive ECOPR.

Is there any way I can email IRCC to check on my COPR status, I called IRCC couple of times no one gives me any update. As per this thread looks like it only takes 2-3 days or max a week to receive COPR.

I am also waiting for COPR since 19th August . Yes you are right for above 90 % cases mentioned here it takes 3,4 days max .

After receiving ecopr you can link with gckey.

I will try again in a few days, it always gives me this message: "we found no applications. "
