Just curious...what did we all do or didn't do that we landed at RROC?
I believe it was completely random. To maybe ease the load on the other VOs perhaps, so they blindly picked some of us to be transferred. GCMS notes also confirms this. We were all at CIO then suddenly transferred to RROC at the end of May or early June.

Really sucks that they've slowed down again. As some of you have mentioned that they're waitng for 6 months to pass, maybe they don't care about the currently shortened deadline? Or could that be because the deadline was still 6 months when they processed the Jan and Feb AORs?

Either way I'd encourage all you March AORs to maybe wait another week max and then call to remind them about their 'official' 5 month timeline and hopefully they do something.

I’m not sure whether 6 months is a strict deadline for them.. most of the february AOR were processed by July which is 5 months for them. January was also processed in July, which is 6 months (but by the beginning of July the processing time was 7 months). So I believe they try to stick to the average processing time mentioned on the website. Which now should be 5 months. So for March AOR they still have August..
but again, just a speculation..

I think based on what we've seen the 6 (now 5) month processing time being crossed triggers some reminder to finalize and then they batch a certain number of those to be processed at the start of the month.

Foil hat time. I think a percentage (20%) of CIO FSW intake was sent to RROC with the premise of load shedding but really to make sure some applications are 'added' to the backlog, keeping the processing time the about the same.

The good news is that the 5-month deadline for March AOR is now.. so we should hear something soon.. and then our friend from April & May will follow! Before Christmas we will all celebrate our PPR :D

Hi everyone,

All 4 components turned to completed yesterday in my tracker but GC still shows processing for my eligibility and background.

What is the general process after this stage?

When should I expect to see COPR on my tracker after this update ? .

After reading this group, I started getting worried as most of you still waiting for COPR.

I'm April 30 AOR and fsw-outland applicant with 2 dependants.

It would be great if someone can provide more info.

Thanks in advance and stay positive.

Hey!
congratz in completing all steps on the tracker! That’s already something good ;)
On this thread, we are all unlucky birds stuck at RROC, which is taking a lot of time to issue PPR after completing all steps on the tracker..

If your office is not RROC, then you can expect a PPR quite fast.. :)

good luck!!

I’m hopeful that I’ll hear something this week or next week, given that they have probably started March.. but we are never 100% sure..

Hope for you guys too that they started March, so thay you are next!!

so far, 3 March PPRs between yesterday and today. The latest date for the march ppr is March 10th.. hopefully the next batch is another 10 days meaning March 11th - 20th
