With non-EE, knowing that processing time can vary, it's very important to keep track of passport expiry. Like even before submitting the documents (AR), you should have at least 3 years before expiry coz counting would be only for 2.5 years and then it falls under 6 months.

While I don't have much experience, but most likely, they want you to submit new passport and fill forms with new passport details before they can further process your application. This is because your passport details are linked to application, it also gets registered on eCoPR document later. So once you get your spouse passport, update IRCC via webform immediately and to VO directly as well (you must have instructions in your ADR on how to directly sent document to VO via email who requested the ADR).
@mcdonal22 please I will like to know at what stage does paystubs and T4 comes up in the application process.

Thanks, @mcdonal22, for your response. You know, in life, certain things do happen that can make someone look ignorant or not well-prepared for future activities to come. Countries have different policies regarding the earliest time to renew a passport and procedures for passport renewal. The AR for this Non-Express Entry PNP was just one month before one could apply to renew one's passport in my country, and immediately after the AR, the process began. As of January this year, the process had begun for a passport that would expire in December this year. That is a long time enough, and I'm sure many individuals from different countries would have had their passports ready by this time. A lot do happens at times that make even the 'perceived smartest' persons appear ill-prepared because things were simply out of their personal control. I am very well aware of this, which was why the passport renewal process started at the earliest possible time. A post regarding this was made by me (post 3449) in February of this year regarding this issue. I'm cautiously optimistic that things will be fine; I had already sent a webform and uploaded the information to my GCkey account too, as the VO's direct contact was not part of the instructions I received. Thanks for your contributions.
All the best and hope you get your spouse passport soon.

Hello guys, I received my GCMS notes. But I can't understand what 'PV2' means under category. I did some research and according to https://help.gcmsnotes.com/code , it means Provincial nominee processed abroad. 1)Does this means that my application is being processed at Prétoria?

2)The additional notes left by the Officer is File forwarded- Ready for Eval-CT. What does this mean?
3)Under Work Experience , the officer inserted 'Recommendation review required'. Please enlightened me. Thanking you in advance.

I am PNP Non-EE inland and my category in my CoPR is also PV2.

You can refer to this for the categories definition:

immigration-category-confirmation-permanent-residence-copr.html
I also have these on the GCMS , any idea please?

Do you have any clue what 'LOB' means??

2. Ready for evaluation means the literal definition. Your application is ready for evaluation for eligibility test. If you applied for an occupation based program with a provincial nomination certificate (PNC), then the VO will refer to the PNC workbook each province submits to IRCC for verification.

Suppose, it was issued to support an employment with XYZ company, you’ll find a remark as “ as per PNC workbook, nomination issued in support of employment with XYZ”. Once this is cleared you’re through.

3. as a continuation from 1, the VO is going to check the employment details and the required work experience for the specific category the nomination is based on.

Hello, I got my sinp nomination and now preparing documents for federal step. I have question regarding police certificate. My current address (which I use in my background declaration as well) is different from my permanent address as mentioned on National ID card. Now I was checking samples and it seems like police certificates go by permanent address on national ID card. Will it cause an issue as I have been living at my current address for the last 5 years but I didn't change my ID card address as it's my village address

Update:
received ADR 2 from the IRCC yesterday. They have requested employer records from my current employer. Also, my medical shows Passed now since yesterday (I did not submit any medical upfront) but the expiry date on the document shows Jun. 2022. I remember seeing a similar post about expiry date of the medical. Could you please refer that post? Glad to see some movement on my profile since Nov., 2022 (9 months), finally.

You can use the same one but you will need to update the dates for today or before the 7days leadtime IRCC give to submit the documents.
I did the same with mine, i took the last one and changed the dates and only asked my employer to sign.
I have got the similar request recently about medical being passed and the IRCC asking for Employer records. Did you get any further update yet?

I have similar notes in my GCMS notes received yestery:
Under additional notes: File forwarded to: Ready-For-Eval-CT
Work experience: Recommendation Passed.

And there are multiple information sharing entries like information sharing 1, information sharing 2 etc some have status as completed. Some have status as ready to review etc but in general it says information sharing in progress and criminality is passed.

security is yet to start
