PR Card Renewal & New - 2022 Processing Timeline

eCOPR - June 2nd.
I have no updates since last two months if my PR card is mailed or not. Immigration agents won't even tell me if PR Card is mailed. Is there any way I could find this out ? PR confirmation portal shows 'closed and accepted'.

Hi There,

Just check with Canada post about that also just in case, they send it via Canada post as normal mail. I think its sent from Sydney Office.

I checked with Canada Post. They can’t track without the tracking number. IRCC says it’s gone to canada post, they can’t do anything either. So, i can only wait and watch.

After six weeks have passed since card is mailed, we can send solemn declaration. If I do that will ircc resend pr card to another address?

Online application submitted: May 25, 2023
Application approved and PR card out for delivery: July 27, 2023
I am now waiting to receive the card in the mail.

After submitting my application on the online platform I received no correspondence from IRCC (not even an AOR email). Today I tried linking my application to my IRCC account and found out that my application has been already approved! So you may wanna do the same.

PR Card Renewal:
3 applications sent in one courier envelope. One for myself, my wife and a dependent kid.
Application received (in Sydney ofc) : Apr 05, 2023.
AoR received: Jun 27, 2023
[I added application to my online account on Jun 28th.]
My application was approved and status updated on June 29th.
I received PR card by July 8th.
My wife's and child's application stays in "Submitted" status until Aug 03.
Their application is approved and the PR cards mailed as of 08/03.
I am waiting for their PR cards to show up in the mail now....

Imp thing to note is that my application was processed within a day after the AoR but my wife's and child's application took more than a month for no apparent reason.

I have a trip on December 25th to New York and just submitted my PR renewal through the online portal. The current wait time is 94 days, so if this is right then I should receive it around the first or second week of November.

Are my chances okay?

Did you receive the mail with PR Card?

I submitted the PR Renewal online on March 21st
It was returned on May 24th as they did not accept the photograph.

I re-submitted with a new photograph on May 25th.
There has been no response since then.

I am travelling abroad in September, is there any way I can expedite the request?

Update:

I got the PR card by post. The application status still shows up as 'Submitted' (So I guess that's not a reliable method to track)

I did call the IRCC a week back, and they said the application is in process and I can expect to receive the PR card in 2-4 weeks
