It’s on the tracker, when you go to test they show you options how you can prepare and you can order a copy of the book! If you don’t have enough time they also have a pdf version.

How did you prepare and from where

Went through the official guide once, then a lot of practice from the usual sources online (Apnatoronto, Richmond Library, and Toronto Public Library). Revisited the guide for areas where I was weak.

A friend used the Canadian Citizenship Test 2023 app to study ($2/week), he liked the interface and multiple practice tests there.

Still no update in the tracker as of today July 28.
