Hello everyone,
Has anyone faced this before. I have completed my test back in March, 2023 and when I opened the tracker today it says update: July 19, 2023 but nothing shows up. LPP still in progress and ceremony still not started.

Probably an update to your LPP. Check back in a day or two to see if anything has changed. If not, it just means your file was looked at and an agent did something to it.
Just a quick update on my application.
I got the invite for the Citizenship test: June 21st, 2023
Citizenship Test Given : July 6th, 2023, and the portal is updated on July 15th saying it is completed.
So far Background Verification and Citizenship test status show as completed. While everything else is "In Progress." Except for Ceremony which hasn't started yet. Thank you.

After submitting the requested copy of all passport pages end of May. No updates since then , why ? No one knows , but things will move forward for sure. Matter of time mate. Good luck to all of us

Sorry, I should've clarified. The initial 30 days would've been today but an agent sent me an e-mail to let me know the additional waiting time frame.
PM 01 is a good sign, from what @Dr. Walden explained, it means that the lowest level rep I required to clear it, which also means lesser time.
PM01 are Case Processing Agents. In terms of career progression from a PM01 Agent, PM03 is an Officer. Agents work on routine cases whereas officers work on complex cases which may require delegated decision-making authority. Some offices have PM03 Team Leaders who supervise teams of clerical staff. Some lines of business have PM04 Senior Immigration Officers. There are also PM04 Supervisors and from there PM05 Managers and PM06 Assistant Directors. Headquarters sometimes has assignments or acting opportunities available for employees from the regional offices. An example would be Program Advisors or Senior Program Advisors at the PM04 or PM05 level.
That's so convoluted but totally makes sense when it comes from IRCC to complicate everything. I'm curious where you found this information? Have they made it public?
