I have a PGWP, and wanted to work full time and take up a part-time Master's.

I currently have a PGWP till end of next year and I want to take up a part-time masters. Anyone know if any issues can be raised from me applying for a student permit while having a PGWP? Anything I should be aware of?

If you just study online school (distance learning), it should be fine. Otherwise, you don't allow study without study permit.
