This is because IRCC will not issue a PPR letter until all of the applicants in the application have had their background checks completed.I am the primary applicant and there are my 2 dependents .Criminality is passed for all 3 of us but BG is COMPLETED for just me.However my dependents BG status is still in progress.What does it imply,do I have to wait for their status also completed and then PPR?????
