We applied for Postgraduate work permit/ spouse open work permit/study permit for my kids then my husband pqwp was approved and transferred my sowp/sp to Nairobi, now got a letter asking for my hubby employment letter and pay slips, his last job was in May please advise

Multi post. Does your husband have a job now? To get SOWP, he needs to show proof of employment And payslips.

i hope i am the same, i applied on June 11th 2023 and desperately need approval as my study permit expired on 30/may and had to pay for restoration of student status but worst of all i cannot work until i get the work permit approved and in my hand... heard that student restore status will take even longer so fingers crossed

thanks mate its a bit tough considering all the rent and bills i have to pay living without work or support is really tough... dont do what i did and make sure your study permit will be valid for pgwp application so you can work while waiting

A piece of information I would like to share here, My batch applied for pgwp around the same time May 12-May15. Interestingly all graduated students from Pakistan got their approval by around mid June. The rest of us are still waiting. Around 5 students from Pakistan, so any theory here?
