BGC change from 'Not applicable' to 'We are processing your background check' means that your file progressed in background check phase. You either passed criminality or criminality + info sharing. What was BGC in gckey before 'Not applicable'? 'Processing' I assume.

Your ADR turned to 'reviewing on 9th June' - I think you must have recieved GU? AD reviewing could indicate that your eligibility is under review.

Edit* answering your question, next could be PAL or BGC completed (in AST) if sec too get cleared.

Any idea, how much time they generally takes to complete to BG check. Mine started on Apr 19th, since then it's under process. So jus t curious to know any approx timeline for BG check...

Nope, not a technical glitch. I just called them and they did revoke it because someone who evaluated my medicals put the wrong expiry date (they did it according to the old policy, and I should be exempt to redo it for 4 more years). So now they have to re-evaluate my medicals which will result in either me redoing my exam again or them extending my medical.
I'll repeat myself again - DON'T DO UPFRONT MEDICALS!

I received my PNP OINp International student stream approval recently. My IELTS was valid when i applied for PNP, But Now it has been expired, I am working in NOC B position. I am going through the PR portal to apply and submit my documents. But it is asking for IELTS as required document, Should I upload my expired IELTS? or Appear for IELTS exam now again?

So now they have to re-evaluate my medicals which will result in either me redoing my exam again or them extending my medical.

Did your medical expired? If no there would be another possible reason it was revoked. COPR is valid until your medical exam date .

No, I did my medical August last year so it should be valid till August 2027 according to the new policy. But they put it as if it was about to expire August this year.

I can never get through to an agent.

I don't know. I rarely have any problems to get through lately.

So basically your medical is good till August 2023 and they put August 2022. If that is case it won’t take long to fix that error. You can email virtual landing unit email and ask them about current situation. They are pretty fast and reply.

Ohh no, i hope it gets passed or they send you a medical request, if needed, soon and you get your eCoPR sooner than before.

If you say don't do upfront medical, how will the form be submitted. The new policy now is, medical before submitting your pr application. I guess you submitted yours a long time ago.

Well she did her medical last year in August and was supposed to be expired by this August but they accidentally put wrong dates .

No, it hasn't expired at all. They put August 2023 (instead of 2027). And they revoked my approval because it's expiring too soon. Frankly it's all such a mess.

What? You are not supposed to do your medicals upfront for non express entry. Unless something has changed in the last couple of months.
