Are you outside applicant? I never received a request for temporary resident application for my dependent. Or maybe it's because my dependent is not accompanying me.

I don't have any dependents but that's what people do, yes. It is stated clearly in the checklist.

Why other applicants showing the additional documents are uploaded? mine says they only received it, is it because they did not start reviewing it yet? My background check is not applicable, what does it means?
