Your education and work background is unlikely is unlikely be meet the requirements to qualify for HCCP. You may be able to immigrate through express entry or job permit. Canada has a large shortage of medical lab workers. I am not sure if the shortage applies to assistants as well but that is likely a more realistic pathway to pursue.
