I was requested to submit a consent letter to allow my daughters travel with their mom, the letter was to be submitted within 10 days of the request,
I submitted the letter of consent with my means of ID.
Unfortunately the commission refused my daughters that doc. submitted was not received.
Please what is the best way to follow up with this case?

Was that the only reason for refusal? If so, submit a webform stating you sent in the consent letter within 10 days.
