I am applying for a closed work permit, I have a signed work contract and the LMIA approved, at this moment my consultants are presenting my application to obtain the work visa and I have everything in order, only I have not taken any EILTS exam although I do speak Fluent in English. In fact, I had my interview on video call and my employer is very happy with my language, would it still be mandatory to have an EILTS result?

It is not mandatory but in some cases IRCC may request language test results.

They are satisfied with your language. Therefore, you do not need to worry about other factors. But you can add as much as you can. It will be very beneficial for your work.
