Question about eligibility interview.

Hi, I already went to seizure appointment, now I got a new appointment which I’m not sure if it
is for eligibility or if it was a mistake.

the letter says that I have to bring my passport and 4 photos (again).. I can’t take my passport because it was already seized. Does that says in every “return for interview” letter even if I got my documents seized already?
