Parents Visitor Visa

Hi , I applied for my parents visa 2 times but got refused. I am applying for third time now.
The issue is I attached dual name certificate for my father , but in the immigration form we accidently selected ‘No’ where it asks if you have used any other name. I am so scared now. Should we say ‘Yes ‘ to that question now in 3rd application. We dont want to withhold any information. It was just by mistake. What should I do ?

Before you apply, get the GCMS notes, it takes 5 bucks and you can do it yourself. its totally worth it. If you are sure that the reason of refusal was dual name certificate, then go ahead and reapply. Create a LOE and mention about the previous refusals and what actions did you do to correct them and explain that you accidentally answered No.

Yes , kind of. We already showed more than sufficient amt of funds. But now I am more scared about mentioning names. I am thinking to say yes to that question in immigration form. Can we skip LOE and provide it in case they ask for it?
I am more concerned would be it considered misrepresentation ?

We submitted dual name affidavit , if we had to hide it , why would we attach it , it was just we didnt pay attention to that question ?
