Sponsorship of 3 dependent children

If I am sponsoring 3 children, ages 15, 18 and 20, is that mean each child has to create his/her own PR portal to complete the forms ? Thank yo.

I just did inland spousal sponsorship with 2 dependants overseas and when applying online, my spouse got to declare their forms on their behalf. They are 17 and now 22. The 17 year old we did have to have non-accompanying parent form PLUS a letter of custody or court documents.

Different situation than the OP. OP needs to sponsor the children through three separate applications since none of them can be the dependents of others.
