Canada student visa Rejection-NON-SDS-Abu Dhabi visa center

Hi There, Need some serious help.

I have applied my Canada student visa, which was got rejected 3rd time yesterday.
I have justified all the reasons in GCM notes, But I feel they are not reading it all, and it just being rejected with the same reasons.
I live in Qatar, have applied under NON-SDS, and my application being reviewed in Abu Dhabi visa center.
Can someone guide, if you are face similar situation.

If you have addressed all reasons and still get the same refusal notes, then you can do a Judicial Review
Speak to a good lawyer if you need more insights

I have personally done JR and it worked for me - However it may be different case by case

You need to first ascertain if you have been truly refused in error to go that route

Start with speaking to a lawyer and assess your situation

Cost depends on case by case basis

If this was refused by Chinook you will know once you read the Rule 9 notes from Court

How do you know that all 3 refusals are rejected by Chinook? Did you make all 3 applications attending Canada West or did you change schools with each application? With the 3 refusals for UCW, what did you change in each applicaiton. What did GCMS notes state for first two refusals? I think a reason for rejection is Canada West and cannot justify costs of education or career advancement with going to Canada West. No one has heard of the school in Canada. Everyone gets in and only international students go there. It is not a stepping stone if you want to work in Canada on PGWP.

You need to show an error in law for JR. You don’t get a study permit if you are successful in JR. Your file is reviewed again by an officer, and still can be refused.

Unless you invoke Rule 9 and see those notes from the court or GCMS where it is explicitly mentioned that the File was processed by Chinook, there is no way to ascertain that it was refused by Chinook.

Furthermore, in order for you successfully turn around the refusal , you need to be able to establish that your original application satisfied all the pre-requisites for the visa

Simply put, when you do a JR, they do not automatically approve your visa. The file is sent to a diff Visa Officer for re-determination & during the process, you may be asked to provide Additional Docs too. Outcomes are not certain and it can take 3-6 months or even longer depending on complexity of the file

If I were you, I will apply for the case notes [GCMS] and start from there and may be set up a consult with an attorney to understand my options.

Dear, my GCM notes says that it was processed using Chinook. Yes, I made all 3 applications attending Canada West, I did not change university or course with each application.

The 1st Rejection was- that cannot justify costs of education or career advancement by going to Canadian universities.- I explained.
The 2nd Rejection was- Close ties in Canada as I have my brother there.- I explained again.

None of them mentioned that UCW is the reason.

I understand that JR does not guarantee a positive outcome, But It might guarantee honest review by VO.
