Based on GCMS, R10 ok. Recommendation, pass review required client info. What does this mean? I have dependents. I understood client and dependents were same

AOR : 19-Jan-2023 .Everything Same except Medical is in Progress for Primary Applicant and BG changed to "In Progress" on April 19th on tracker. We have gone ahead and done a new Upfront Medical recently which is not updated yet and the wait continues......
