@Immigrant94 we submitted the docs on 11th april, they got back on 17th april asking for new photos, we submitted that on april 18 and emailed them thrice - no response, am getting so tensed now. Any idea how we can reach them?

I think email is the only way, I dont think there is a phone number, I saw somewhere on the forum that people emailed every day or every other day and someone replied eventually?

my update:
I sent my passport around March 4 2023 to CPC OTTAWA.
So far I haven't seen any movement in the passport from the tracker.
Its been 2 months.
I have raised multiple webforms and sent them commercial invoice twice.
I have received zero response.

My Gckey portal was updated to Approved, with the COPR Doc Number last Friday May 05. I am still waiting for the passport to be dispatched. No update on this. What about you?

Requesting for VAC LA is a bigger risk imo - by the time they respond to your web form query and send you a new rfv, it probably is already mid-June, you're better off sending your passport to Ottawa asap. you likely have grace period after your status expires in the us.

I am on my grace period. I sent out a web form today, but planning to send my passport by tmrw, if I do not hear back. Which I am not very hopeful.
