Why my express entry application shows that I do not have a job?

Hello
I have submitted the application for express entry.
However, my score seems to be lower than it should be.

I have checked the application profile for multiple times. But I cannot find any mistakes that I made.
Recently, I came across the following website to calculate my score by myself.
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

The score that I got from the PR calculator and my actual score from my PR application has a big point gap of around 110.
Each section of the score has a little of difference like 10 to 30 points.

Additionally, there are some weird things that I noticed.
For instance, I have been working in Canada (after 3 yrs of advance diploma course) for 1 year and 11 months (will be 2yrs at the end of May, 2023).
However, my PR application says I do not have a valid job offer and even received a message with the title of "How to find a job in Canada".
Of course, I reviewed my application profile and correctly work experience/history is there.
I wonder if someone has experienced something similar to this.

Please let me know if this is something you have any idea of.
Any advice or suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Since you are on a PGWP, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to claim the 50 points for having a job offer.

Hi Scylla, Thank you very much for your comment.
Reaching out to HR and ask them to do it is the first thing I am going to do the next Monday.
Thank you very much !!

A LMIA takes months. Your employer must prove no Canadian or PR can do the job so they need to show that through recruitment efforts. Then they file for LMIA by filing out all the paperwork showing recruitment efforts, wage meets median, financials, market assessment etc. in the link and pay $1k.

Need to know your profile and how you are answering your questions. How long have you been working in Canada? What is your NOC and IELTS scores? Education?

So you have ECA for Masters, I assume. Any foreign experience. I think your IELTS are too low for skills transferability. You have to post your CRS score by line.

So what is the difference with your EE profile questions. Need to compare but you must be answering a question wrong.
