Hi every one i am new in this form. My wife is in canada. she applied home care child program. We had done medical and biometric on September 2022. And feb she received pfl mention


In the course of reviewing your file, it appears that your application for permanent residence may have to be refused as you and/or your family member(s) do not appear to meet immigration requirements. In order to become a permanent resident under this class, you and your family members must comply with requirements as specified in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations for this class.
I have completed the assessment of your permanent resident application and have determined that you do not meet one or more of the requirements for immigration to Canada, specifically that you have not provided an offer of employment that is genuine

we are confused that is there any other documents required or didnt meet requirements from side(husband).

And my wife working as a caregiver from 24 months and had LMIA

we already replied week ago with the help of lawyer.
Please let me know what are the changes.

Our life depends on this decision. Please help

I only have Paor, it seems that who got bio already got medical updates. Don’t know when I will get.

Don't worry many people get BIO, Medical, PCC everything together

Next week probably you will get

Do you have your online account login?

If yes than fine if not try to check status by call to IRCC .. In which you select option and enter detail hear your status

In my case i checked status by call using textnow app... Then I got to know I got Medical request... After that i called agent to check...

So try that as well

My consultant sent me PDF file of Medical

Not any email so i don't know about handling officer

I received approval mail today... Below is my timelines: Jan 2020 Application from India, Oct 7 2022 - pcc, medical, bio and updated passports request for all four family members. Oct 30 2022 medical passed. Approval mail on March 9.

My hands are shivering while I am typing this. Finally the wait ends.

Good luck to everyone who is waiting for results. God bless. All of us will go to Canada and make our dreams a reality...
