Hey guys,

Will try to be as brief as I can.

Quebec Skilled Worker -> Got CSQ - Applied for Federal PR - Travelled back to home country to have a baby - Was granted COPR valid until May. In the meantime my baby was born so I am trying to include the baby on the PR process.

If I don’t land in Canada in time, before May, does that mean I lose my PR?
And if so, Can’t I virtually land while outside of Canada so I don’t lose it?

Any advice?

Yes, you could lose your PR if you and other dependents do not land on time.

Just make sure you send the application to add your child before your original COPR expires.

No, there is no such thing as a virtual landing outside of Canada.

Unfortunately since I’m in Quebec, they want a CSQ for the baby in order to add him to our file. I asked Quebec for one and now they want an updated CSQ since mine is obviously expired by now. Everything is a boureaucratic mess. im so angry.

Any advice on how to convince the federal gov to extend the copr?

Ah. Quebec. LOL. This is above my paygrade. You're better off posting in the Quebec Immigration forum even if it relates to a federal application.
