Hey there, I am in the same position as you. I withdrew and sent an email to OINP just 4 days after I submitted my application.

It has been 2 weeks and I got no reply to the email, their helpline also goes straight to the voice message.

Can you please tell me how much time it took to get a reply to your email?

And did they give you a timeline? I got ITA issued as well but, I need the OINP fee refunded to cover the costs for the Express Entry-FSW ITA, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously oinp has messed up their timeline. They are going back the way they used to be before like last year.

Definitely, I would say we should give AT LEAST 100 days between submission and approval.

I think 100 days are more time
As they mentioned 70-100days
Easy going files 60 -70 days enough
For ADR and anything 100days should be maximum time

The reiterated the refund policy, and since my status is already DIP, they said it won't refund me. I mentioned the unusual circumstances (481 invite in one and half month)

its been more than 2 weeks sinceI withdrew my application. it was still "submitted"
I sent emails twice to ontario to ask for refund. and they have not answered none of my emails!!
