My study permt is refused for second time with just 1 reason on both refusals which is that they are not saisfied i will go back. Should i reapply ? How can i sddress this reason ? I have previous visitor visa refusals. Seems like thet dont want to give me visa in any condition. I have no parents and siblings here. I am 32 yr old single male in India. My only sister is married and settled in canada. Anyone please guide me right direction.

The fact your sister is already in Canada and you have no family in India is working against you.
Gof adnission in 2 yr pr at St clair, there is not good reason provided in rejection in my all attemps so far. I have provided maximum documents including property evaluation . I also asked if they need any surity bond but nothing is working should i go for judicial review . I dont know how can i address thia .
What has changed over the past month? Did you get GCMS notes? Did you look at admissions to other programs as program didn’t expand on your education nor give you career advancement. you also have multiple TRV refuusals.

OP was asked for refusals reasons two months ago and still didn’t post them. Said it was generic. St Clair college certificate in events management. 2 study permit refusals, 4 TRV refusals.

- Is it appropriate to mention the value of my property in my Statement of Purpose (SOP)?
- Should I include property valuation with CA report in my Letter of Explanation (LOE)?
- How can i show my travel hostory. Shoud i include in LOE or just fill the supplementary travel history from.

- Yes, you would need to provide translations of anything that is not in English or French.
- Sure, you can mention the value of the property you personally own in the SOP.
- I'm not sure if a CA report is needed. Wait for others to respond.
- Sure you can include in your LOE. Only include countries requiring visas like the US and UK.

I also have a question about my Letters of Recommendation. I have four letters, one from my college and three from my core subject professors (economics, mathematics and computer science). I'm not sure if I should include all four letters or just the one from my college.
in my previous refusal, the visa officer also mention that the applicant is not a Bonafide student and I am not satisfied applicant will leave the country at the end of the stay . @Naturgrl
