You should expect Pre-arrival letter then COPR information generated in the tracker followed by a Passport Request. The timeline varies based on VO and case circumstances ~ 2-4months as per latest trend

Yes. These should be updated. Sometimes the status goes from Not Started to Completed. PR Trackers updates are not timely as compared to GCKey

GCKey was quick after I got AOR. But Tracker took almost 2 months after AOR

It's kinda reversed for me! PR tracker after 3 days of AOR ... GCKey, it's been over 10 days and I can't link/add the application to it.

I got an update today: Biometrics now are marked as Completed on PR tracker. 13 March 2023

Congrats bro, I see on the excel tracker (limited data) that most people from Egypt get medical around 150 days after submission so probably Medical is within the next few days. I am using you as a reference point for Egypt applications as I applied October 25th and now waiting for Medical and/or Pre-arrival around mid march

Awesome! I think we have a very similar timeline. got Pre-arrival on March 2, and then a Medical request on March 7. Hopefully PPR soon!
