Adding my case to this thread.
Express Entry Application (Submission 15 August 2022).
Received ADR request for a new/updated passport on December 13, 2022.
Uploaded the new passport on January 27, 2023.
Current status: Replacement Provided.

AOR on October 20, 2022.
ADR requested on January 19, 20203 for a renewed passport.
Uploaded on the same day.
ADR status changed to "we are reviewing..." on January 20, 2023.
No GUs till now.

Good thing you uploaded on the same day. I did not have a new passport and had to wait for it to arrive.

Received a Medical Surveillance correspondence letter on Feb 3, 2023 afternoon with code S 2.06 as I have TB history.
Received portal confirmation on the same day

That’s great.Atleast there is some movement in your case.AOR 16 Nov 2022.My ADR “Military service form “was 8 Oct ,submitted on 12 Oct.Since 3 Nov 2022,doc under review.No update since 3 Nov.

I think atleast you can remove CBSA from your list since I do not think border services would have any info about ADR

I ordered GCMS notes and confirmed that my ADR was received by them and processed. But the status of ADR in GCKey account is still stuck in under review.
