Hi everyone, I haven’t received my certificate yet,my ceremony was on February 22,sk office,and I’m in Vancouver, I really need my passport,is there any way to track my certificate?

Yes it changed on February 28

Same I did my oath on Feb 15, Calgary office. nothing yet, No update on the tracker either.

Oath 23rd Feb
Certificate just arrived today 2nd March 12:30pm (I had to call Canada Post to figure things out because I have an urgent travel)
Currently at the Mississauga passport office for urgent passport (Brampton office can't handle urgent service)

did it arrive at the mailbox or do you have to go to Canada post office and show you ID to take it?

Oath ceremony virtual (Mississauga office) on 21st Feb. Status changed to completed Feb 24th on both ECAS and application tracker. No certificate yet. Anyone else have similar timelines? I saw some folks got it in 2 weeks from the same office.

I had my oath on Feb 15th as well , nothing yet… i’m on a call with them right now and they’re saying it hasn’t been mailed yet. I asked why and i’m back on hold again

i called this : 1-888-242-2100

you can wait for the automated message where asks for your UCI, pin it in, then go as below so you don’t have to wait for all the automated messages:
1-3-4-2-0

Those who received their certificate from Calgary office? Was it by Canada post regular mail or Xpresspost? Was there any "Do Not Forward" endorsement on the mail.

Any response will be very much appreciated as I have a mail forwarding service and would not like my certificate returned to IRCC.

the case is closed and got the congratulation status

I sent an IRCC webform and they replied that they mailed out on March 2nd
