Short Hearing Scheduled

Hello everyone ,
So I recently receive confirmation from my lawyer that my claim has been scheduled for a short hearing
I wanted to know if anyone has experience this matter requesting :

1. List of claimant documents:

if so please tell me what documents they mean by that .

I would suggest talking to your lawyer about that. When I was given a date for the hearing,I scheduled a session with my lawyer and discussed what documents I was going to need as evidence in the hearing. Because every claim case is different, so you probably won’t need the very same documents as someone else here.

Biometrics April 12th 2022

Eligibility interview- June 28th 2022

Letter confirming work permit - July 26th 2022

Work Permit in the mail - August 3rd 2022

Less Complex letter - July 29th 2022

Have to submit documents by August 22, 2022

I applied inside of Canada and yes my eligibility interview was at the Etobicoke Office , also my hearing is in June .
