My boyfriend applied online back in September 2022, but had to revise a couple times because of the calculator tool, so latest submission was in October. He still hasn't received an AOR and we tried submitting a web form but they haven't replied to that either.. Is there another way to contact them??

As per me, once we submit the application and till the background check is complete, the processing happens at central IRCC level. Post BG, the case moves to local IRCC offices. This is where we start seeing timeline mismatch as our cases are no longer in the same queue. We move from the centralised queue to the local office queue. Just today @Azamat shared a link for the Kitchener area and the whole timeline makes sense again.

Yeah totally. Vancouver office seems to be all over the place when it comes to scheduling oaths. (and not only oaths of course). There are folks getting invite in one week and others that wait for 5 months or more. Hard to plan any travel when you're in limbo.

BG completed today, Feb 16th.
FP was requested on Jan 16th, FP submitted on Jan16th

Any of the folks have Scarborough as their processing office. Can you please tell me how long do you have to wait before receiving the test invite after BG complete? Mine is already 3 weeks and haven’t heard anything back yet

I got my test invite in a week after BG was completed

I called the IRCC today because my online tracker was having problem and I asked the agent which office is processing my file. She said scarborough

Ah I see. No stress you will get it soon. I mean I have been waiting anyways since Jan 25 for updates but nothing since last update.

I wish all who are waiting from Scarborough office will see some updates soon before the long weekend. I know we have to wait but it is kinda frustrating because you can’t plan for the future travel and given the fact the ticket prices are getting expensive day by day
