Mine got there the 24th and nothing for me either.

Its just written counterfoil is valid and there are passport details. That’s what counter foil actually is right?

Yes, counterfoil update - 11 Feb. 17 calendar days from passport delivery to counterfoil

I have the same situation, I Applied on Dec 22, no response yet, I have sent 8 web forms, and 5-time phone calls, and my MP reach out.
it is still on-hold.
