want to check my spouse will be on accompanying open wp? Would it be possible for her to switch from accompanied open wp to closed LMIA exempt CLOSED wp?

If they already have an OWP would they want to change? OWP allows them to work any employer.

NEED SUGGESTION- my wp application got approved & got closed wp with my employer under ICT/LMIA exempt and my spouse got open wp and kid got visitor visa. We are still in india and have not Landed and got visa stamped.

Situation-My spouse employer also want to file ICT for her- luckily they have subsidary in same province and it will help us drastically in PR application in future as she falls under senior management codes and could get 200 points for arranged employment(i will get 50 points for arranged employment after year).

Kindly suggest and help with suggestions.

Your wife's employer can apply for the ICT.

Note that if you are applying under Express Entry for PR, only one of you (the primary applicant) will be able to claim the job offer points. Also note that to qualify for the 200 points, your wife's occupation needs to be very senior in her organization (e.g. head of a division, CFO, CIO, etc.).

Can we do this way- i will travel alone on my ICT and my wife & kid wont use their stamped visa and will remain back in their home country. In meanwhile, my wife employer will file for new ICT application with kid accompanying and wait for approval. Additionally, She has worked for cureent employer for 2 years only in Senior role. Saw one of the condition for ICT is

• confirmation that the foreign national has been employed (via payroll or by contract) continuously (full-time, not accumulated part-time) by the enterprise outside Canada, in a similar full-time position, for at least one year within the three-year period immediately preceding the date of initial application;

Is she eligible?

Yes, you should do it that way. She should continue working for her current employer outside of Canada while the ICT is processed.

As per my understanding, if new ict application will get rejected they would still be able to travel on already stamped visas linked to my application.

If new ict application will get approved, then my sposue and kid will get new visa and current stamped visas will get get cancelled without prejudice. Kindly advise.

Can you stop? You've made several consecutive posts and volunteers have done their best to answer your questions. If syclla doesn't know, nobody likely does. Why are you burdening us with this anyway? If her employer is seeking an ICT arrangement, they can obviously afford to pay for a consultant to guide you through this.

Better hire a professional help if you are not aware of things at all and had to ask around.
