Upfront eMedical update for applying WP at Border

how to check if my medical was received and approved by IRCC? I am going to border to get WP. Medical clinic has already submitted eMedical report to IRCC yesterday. Am I good to go to border or need to wait.

I don't think there's any way to verify the medical was approved in this situation. You generally want to wait 2-3 weeks after the medical was submitted before you flagpole to give IRCC time to review / process / approve. If the medical was just uploaded yesterday, then it's probably too soon. But I guess you can give it a try and see what happens as long as you're prepared to be turned back.
