I also haven't been able to create a tracker account (AOR Jan 20th) - no hyphens, I've tried on different browsers, the incognito mode, laptop/phone etc. it seems like it's taking more than 2 or 3 days for many of us.

Just my 2 cents, but 2020 was a COVID year so they'll have significantly lower applicants in the 2023 processing pipeline. I think both online and paper will be faster overall,and while paper will continue to receive a higher processing quota they'll bump up how many online applicants they aim to process as well. Again just speculation lol
