From 17 months you haven't received decision from Abu Dhabi? I applied on 20 Jan 22 and get refused on 09 June 22. At least I got result in 5 month.
Reapplied on 03, August 22 and again waiting for decision.

Yes nothing yet means not yet received decision kept on following IRCC they kept on saying it’s on process now have applied for gcms note lates see
